Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator to support our growing Global IT infrastructure. You will be both hands on working directly on systems and equipment as well as informing the long-term IT strategy for the organization. Specifically, you will help execute an organization in transition from on-premises solutions to an AWS-based infrastructure. Your Impact • Manage and optimize network operations, including BGP routing, IPSec tunnels, VPN portals/gateways, LAN micro-segmentation, firewall security policies, NAT, and comprehensive network/system monitoring, while architecting secure and scalable infrastructures involving routers, switches, and firewalls. • Oversee network and system maintenance, including monitoring, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware/software performance issues for both applications and networks, and responding to high-priority incidents with advanced technical support. • Lead infrastructure governance and implementation, designing and enforcing policies for technologies such as Azure/Active Directory, coordinating compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and conducting risk assessments and software patching across all endpoints from servers to user workstations. • Drive cloud and hybrid-infrastructure initiatives, implementing cloud-based solutions such as AWS Direct Connect, supporting transitions from on-premises technologies to cloud environments, and contributing to the design of technical architectures aligned with business needs. • Collaborate cross-functionally within the IT organization, analyzing business requirements to recommend solutions, participating in multi-team projects, and ensuring alignment and smooth execution across technology domains.
