As a member of the IT Management Team, you are responsible for managing, developing, and leading a team of employees. Your role includes leading the specific functional responsibilities of your team, which involves overseeing team performance and deliverables. However, your role as a leader within our organization requires more than the management of resources and day-to-day operations. As a steward of the company, you are charged with the development and execution of your team's strategic vision and plan and ensuring that your team's actions align with the larger goals of the company and the IT Division.
The Infrastructure and Network Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, and management of infrastructure and networking technology in all of Costco's locations. This role will develop and execute strategies to ensure service reliability, security, and scalability. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals, manage vendor relationships, and stay current with emerging technologies to drive innovation in their area.

- This is a full-time management/leadership position (45+ hours per week).
REQUIRED- 5+ years' experience in a technology leadership position with a proven track record of implementing large scale infrastructure projects, managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, server, storage, and virtualization technologies.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies relating to implementation, delivery, and support of enterprise networks and services.
- Experience in routing, switching, wireless, sd-wan, industrial networking technologies in modern infrastructures.
- Able to work under pressure and in a crisis situation.
- Effectively communicates complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Extremely responsive, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent writing and oral communications skills.
- Experience creating and managing budgets.
- Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business.

Recommended- 5+ years' relevant experience within a large-scale distributed network environment.
- Experience in network automation is highly desirable.
- Experience in campus networking including large scale wireless deployments.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and controls such as NIST 800-53.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements such as SOX, PCI DSS, SWIFT, and HIPAA.
- Experience in managing staff remotely.
- Strong experience managing projects.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Gmail.

Pay Range: - $160,000 - $230,000, Bonus and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) eligible
