Qualifications

• Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive IT experience required, with banking IT experience preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience necessary.
• Extensive knowledge of Office 365, Aristotle Insight, Tandem, Tenable, KnowB4.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
• Dependable with strong attendance and scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Assess cybersecurity frameworks and threats, including ransomware.
• Manage hardware, software, and mobile device assets.
• Facilitate IT audits and examinations to ensure compliance.
• Oversee vendor management programs and security awareness initiatives.
• Lead incident response and business continuity efforts.
• Develop and implement an IT roadmap aligned with the organization's strategy.
