Responsibilities

  • Conduct IT risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Assess cybersecurity frameworks and threats, including ransomware.
  • Manage hardware, software, and mobile device assets.
  • Facilitate IT audits and examinations to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee vendor management programs and security awareness initiatives.
  • Lead incident response and business continuity efforts.
  • Develop and implement an IT roadmap aligned with the organization's strategy.

Full Job Description
We currently have an opening for an IT Director to join our team. This position is on-site based out of Hartford, WI. We are seeking a personable, helpful, proactive individual who is seeking a blended role both strategic and operationally hands-on.

As the IT Director your responsibilities will include:
  • Risk Management
    • IT Risk Assessment
  • Cybersecurity
    • Framework Assessment (NIST)
    • Ransomware Assessment (RSTAT)
  • Asset Management
    • Hardware
    • Software
    • Mobile Devices
  • Facilitate IT Audits/Examinations
  • Conduct Vendor Management Program
  • Security Awareness
  • Incident Response
  • Business Continuity
  • Social Engineering
  • Network Assessment
  • IT infrastructure
  • Phone System Management
  • Applicable policy ownership including:
    • IT
    • Information Security
    • Change Management
    • Vendor Management
  • Lead internal IT Steering Committee
  • Develop and implement IT Roadmap consistent with organizational strategy
  • Responsible for annual IT budget and IT project management
  • Provide help desk support to users.
  • Manage additional staff member/back up as well as third party managed IT provider/vendor
  • Stay current on IT news through reading, education, industry networks
  • All other duties as assigned
