Full Job Description
The IT DevOps Engineer supports the deployment and operationalization of Automation solutions within enterprise environments.

This role works across software engineering, DevOps, and customer delivery to facilitate the integration and deployment of AI, tools, and cloud solutions. IT DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure and application delivery platforms.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in CI/CD, cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, automation, monitoring, and DevSecOps practices.

The position collaborates with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions that align with business objectives.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup, release processes, and environment management
• Support containerization, cloud deployments, and infrastructure automation efforts
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations across enterprise systems using APIs, scripts, and automation tools
• Integrate security controls and vulnerability scanning within CI/CD pipelines
• Manage secrets, certificates, and access controls
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Go, PowerShell, or Bash
• Tailor solutions to align with specific business workflows and constraints
• Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability in production
• Manage and contribute to Git Repo along with supporting developers and version control
• Automate, design, and maintain cloud environments with industry standard tools such as Terraform, Ansible etc.
• Assist in deploying AI-based applications, LLM Ops, automation workflows, and related services into production environments
• Support end-to-end implementation, including configuration, integration, and validation
• Partner with internal stakeholders and business teams to understand use cases and operational requirements
• Partner with stakeholders to implement technical solutions that meet defined business and operational requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live environments, escalating as needed
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks
• Support transition of solutions to operations and support teams
• Adhere to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Understand relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
• Ensure other members of the department to follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field with 4+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python, Go)
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts or enterprise AI tools
• Exposure to AI applications such as copilots, automation workflows, or large language models is preferred
• Good understanding of APIs, MCP, system integration, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices, including version control, CI/CD, and containerization
• Good hands-on experience on Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Github etc.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues in dynamic environments
• Comfortable working with evolving requirements and ambiguity
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions
• General office environment
• Willingness and ability to work on site.
• May have business travel from 0-5%
• Requires some lifting and moving of up to 15 pounds
• Must be able to move between buildings and floors.
• Must be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine, for an extensive period of time each day.
• Must be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets.
• Must be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed.
• Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels daily.

Annual Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $185,000/ year

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
