Job PurposeThe
ICT Control Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing and supporting the management of financial controls within an organization's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems. This role involves ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and security of ICT-related financial processes, and providing insights into financial performance by applying data analytics, financial models, and control frameworks. The analyst will collaborate with ICT to support the company's financial goals and risk management strategies.
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model, with three (3) days in-office and two (2) days remote, and can be based in our Oak Brook, IL, or Racine, WI offices.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Control Management:- Work closely with the IT team to monitor and report on budgets, forecasts, and expenditures related to ICT projects and operations.
- Perform month-end close activities such as accruals, intercompany invoicing, recharges, and prepaids.
- Monitor projects "go live" dates, perform assets capitalization, and review labor capitalization.
Financial Data Analysis:- Analyze financial data related to ICT operations, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and forecasts by gathering, consolidating, analyzing, and uploading data to Uplan.
Risk Management:- Identify financial risks within ICT projects and operations, and work with relevant teams to mitigate potential issues.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to ICT financial activities, ensuring all financial controls are adhered to.
Collaboration and Communication:- Collaborate with IT to align financial control strategies with business goals.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on financial matters related to ICT investments and expenditure.
Process Improvement:- Identify areas for process improvement in the management of ICT financial controls and reporting.
- Propose and implement solutions to optimize financial control processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
Experience Required- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3or more years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or consulting
Preferred Qualifications- Strong financial modeling (building forecasts, valuation models, scenario analysis)
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems such as SAP
- Strong communication skills (explaining financial insights to non-finance teams)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional teams

Pay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $74,625.00 - $114,425.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
