Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years in Enterprise IT operations, systems engineering, information security, system administration, or network administration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM, Configuration Management, or IT Governance specifically within US Federal Government or DoW environments.
• Expertise in software licensing models and industry best practices.
• Must secure DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Chair and facilitate weekly Technology Working Group (TWG) meetings, guiding technical evaluations and reaching consensus.
• Serve as the tie-breaking vote in technical assessments during TWG.
• Monitor ITSM system for Configuration Change Requests (CCRs) and validate their completeness.
• Execute post-meeting follow-up tasks, updating ITSM ticket statuses and documenting decisions.
• Assign SMEs for evaluations, schedule TWG reviews, and enforce timelines on pre-meeting evaluations.
• Document standard maintenance activities separately from change workflows.
• Generate TWG agendas and summary reports, providing updates to leadership and assisting customers.
