In the assigned Job Role of Domain Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Proven experience delivering complex initiatives as a Endorsement Analyst with US/London Market expertise across underwriting, claims, and operations. Skilled in navigating insurance systems, and modern digital tools while collaborating effectively across global teams in matrix environments. Strong Agile practitioner (SAFe desirable), adept at PI planning and increment-based delivery. Expert in writing user stories, non-functional requirements, and mapping complex processes into actionable change. Leads multi-team delivery, manages dependencies and risks, and drives stakeholder outcomes through KPIs and data-driven decisions.

Supporting offshore teams in application maintenance and enhancements.

Document and validate functional requirements. Define acceptance criteria and lead UAT planning, coverage, and sign-off for complex increments. Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
