Job Description:

The Business Systems Analyst partners with business and technology teams to analyze business needs, define requirements, and support the delivery of effective solutions. This role facilitates stakeholder collaboration, documents business and functional requirements, and ensures adherence to enterprise standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to identify business needs and drive alignment.
  • Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project work plans to support successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices.
  • Communicate project status, requirements, and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Support solution validation to ensure business objectives and stakeholder expectations are met.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or International equivalent in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Ability to work effectively across business and technology organizations.
  • Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process improvement, and Agile practices preferred.

Preferred Technical Skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Understanding of API concepts and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with UI/front-end technologies and user experience (UX) principles.


This is a hybrid position that will sit ONSITE at our Alpharetta, GA location. Flexibility will be required according to the needs of the business.
