  • Plan test execution, record defects, and track resolutions through data-driven measures.
  • Assist in creating and modifying mock data to suit test scenarios and validate expected versus actual results.

Must Have Qualifications:

7+ years of senior consulting experience, part of big projects in large enterprise programs, and has worked on tier 1 programs.

Workday conversions and experience with Workday reporting.

The candidate should have general knowledge of IT controls, SOC, and financial reporting controls. Collaboration is important for this role.

WD Cert preferred.

Position Overview

This position will lead key components of the implementation, including:

Communicating Acceptance Criteria for User Acceptance Test (UAT) to financial controllers, accounting directors, accounting staff, testers, project team members, and technical personnel.

Creating and maintaining a scorecard of UAT progress, issues, and results.

Organizing testers from the line of business accounting teams, including Single Family, Multifamily, Capital Markets, and Corporate.

Articulate test strategy and objectives

Explain key Workday capabilities and related functions, and interfaces

Plan test execution and record defects and results

Track defects to resolution

Assisting with the creation and use of mock data based on historical results

Modify data as necessary to fit test scenarios

Create and organize expected results

Validate actual results relative to expected results

Implement data-driven measures of progress and quality

Qualifications

Experience implementing Workday Financial Management at large financial organizations.

Experience leading teams of people such as testers and support teams.

Experience communicating with project leadership and accounting officers.

Experience with Internal Control over Financial Reporting and IT General Controls.
