Job Description
The AI Analyst, Microsoft Power Platform & Microsoft 365 Administration is responsible for supporting the administration, governance, and controlled enablement of Eversource's Microsoft-based AI and low-code platform capabilities. This role will help establish and operate the enterprise agent platform across Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot-related services, with a strong focus on environment setup, platform controls, data loss prevention, governance, and secure adoption.
This position serves as a key delivery and operations partner across Enterprise AI, IT, Security, Architecture, and business teams to ensure Microsoft AI and automation capabilities are configured, governed, and deployed in a secure, scalable, and supportable manner. The role requires hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administration, Microsoft 365 administration, environment and tenant controls, DLP policy configuration, and coordination with cybersecurity teams to establish an enterprise agentic framework. Microsoft's current admin documentation places these controls across the Power Platform admin center, Copilot Studio governance controls, and broader Microsoft 365 security and governance tooling.
Essential Functions
Support the setup, administration, and ongoing governance of Eversource's Microsoft-based AI and agent platform, including Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services.
Configure and maintain Power Platform environments, environment strategies, tenant settings, and administrative controls using the Power Platform admin center.
Administer platform capabilities across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Microsoft Copilot Studio in alignment with enterprise standards. Microsoft documents these services as managed through the Power Platform admin center.

Develop standards, documentation, intake requirements, administrative procedures, and governance artifacts for platform use.
