Overview
As a
Business Analyst II, you'll assist Implementation Managers and IT project teams in completing customer startup projects and demand requests. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining documentation, system configuration, testing, issue identification and resolution, and providing support to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with Implementation Managers and IT project teams to develop an implementation plan
- Clearly and concisely documents and maintains project artifacts
- Working under the direction of a project lead, assists in the configuration and creation of custom application solutions
- Completes and documents unit testing and integration testing activities
- Coordinates and documents user acceptance testing activities
- Identifies, defines, and resolves minor issues during the implementation process, escalating complex issues to more senior team members
- Utilizes project management methodologies consistent with the common framework
- Becomes a subject matter expert in at least one area within the department
- Trains customer end-users on solution functionality and operational processes
- Seeks to identify improvement opportunities for process, execution, delivery, and communication
- Learns new systems, processes, and tools quickly and thoroughly
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree strongly preferred, will consider comparable work experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Rarely makes the same mistake twice; learns from failure.
- Begins to focus on attaining expertise in one or more areas of their role.
- Learns quickly and makes steady progress without the need for constant significant feedback from more senior team members.
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $92,157.78 - $122,877.04. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
