  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment across all parties.
  • Analyze data sets and reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Lead structured requirements gathering efforts using interviews, workshops, and analysis techniques to clearly define business needs and objectives.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Analyze data sets and reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business improvement.
