What you'll accomplish with us As an IT Business Analyst, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment across all parties.
- Analyze data sets and reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Lead structured requirements gathering efforts using interviews, workshops, and analysis techniques to clearly define business needs and objectives.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Analyze data sets and reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Has 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT delivery or related fields.
