As a senior IT Change & Learning Enablement lead, you will play a critical leadership role in enabling large-scale SAP S/4HANA and enterprise technology transformations.

This is not a traditional instructional design role. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and executive influence-designing scalable learning solutions, shaping program direction, and leading internal and external team members to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will report directly to the Director, PMO - Change Management, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across IT and the business.

How you will make contributions that matter:

You will own the end-to-end learning strategy and execution scaled for our various IT projects, from system enhancements to complex ERP programs and enterprise digital and AI deployments. Your role will include activities such as:

Strategic Leadership
  • Define and lead enterprise learning strategies aligned with business priorities tied to large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, enterprise digital tool deployments, and AI transformations
  • Scope and estimate resourcing models, budgets, and delivery approaches for learning programs
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leaders and project sponsors, influencing decisions with integrity and aligning learning outcomes with business goals
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure adoption, readiness, and performance impact

Program Execution
  • Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end IT learning programs, from needs analysis through deployment and sustainment
  • Complete curriculum design and role mapping to create learning paths across global business functions
  • Plan, develop, and QA high-quality, engaging learning assets (ILT, eLearning, job aids, simulations, AI-enabled content)
  • Coordinate and support training delivery by partnering with divisional business leads on scheduling and logistics
  • Drive best practices in adult learning, digital learning, and continuous improvement

Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor internal and external team members, ensuring quality, consistency, and accountability
  • Contribute to our high-performing, inclusive team environment focused on mutual respect, innovation, collaboration, and results
  • Manage project resources strategically to balance competing priorities and project demands with team health

Stakeholder & Change Enablement
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and cross-functional leaders in IT and the business
  • Influence and align diverse audiences to support change and learning adoption
  • Partner closely with Change Management team members to ensure an integrated approach

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

You bring both depth and breadth-combining instructional design expertise with learning program leadership and business acumen:

Experience
  • 10+ years leading learning programs for complex IT implementations
  • Proven experience on SAP S/4HANA programs (preferred) or similar ERP platforms
  • Demonstrated success engaging and influencing senior executives and sponsors
  • Strong experience in resource planning and vendor management for learning programs
  • Experience leading hybrid learning teams (internal + consulting partners) in global environments

Expertise
  • Advanced instructional design and development capabilities across multiple modalities
  • Deep understanding of learning strategy, adoption measurement, and performance enablement
  • Strong proficiency with learning technologies (e.g., LMS, courseware authoring tools, collaboration platforms) and leveraging AI to optimize planning, design, and development
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines, risks, and competing priorities

As part of his duties, the incumbent will have to communicate and collaborate in English, both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholders in Quebec as well as in the rest of Canada or in North America.

We support and take care of our employees and their families by offering:
  • Generous and complete benefit coverage with group insurance
  • Group retirement plan with employer contribution
  • Telemedicine and assistance program for employees and their families
  • Employee Share Ownership Plan with an employer match
  • Paid Parental Leave program
  • Paid time off: Sick days, floater days and volunteer day off
  • Opportunity to contribute to a collective RRSP & TFSA
  • Training and development programs
  • Saputo Flex Program, flexible work environment (schedule/location/time off) according to department needs
  • Organized activities for employees and their families
  • Advantageous discounts on Saputo products

Salary: $106,870 to $140,270
