Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science degree or 5 years related IT/Healthcare experience in lieu of degree.
• Less than 1 year of IT experience required if no bachelor's degree.
• Certification may be necessary for build application access, to be achieved within 90 days if applicable.
• Demonstrated experience in writing technical specifications and designing test scripts.
• Familiarity with off-the-shelf systems and the ability to modify features.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support as a subject matter expert for assigned systems.
• Research and write technical design specifications, flowcharts, and test scripts.
• Organize source material and coordinate system installations with user departments.
• Assist in smaller aspects of larger projects as assigned.
• Train end users on assigned systems as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors on technical requests related to systems.
• Develop and execute test plans in cooperation with the project team.
