Note: US Citizenship is RequiredAs an IT Analyst, a typical day might include the following:- Design, implement, secure, and support datacenter infrastructure.
- Administer hypervisors and VMs to ensure availability, performance, and scalability.
- Maintain physical server infrastructure, including racking, cabling, firmware, and hardware lifecycle.
- Operate and maintain SAN and NAS storage platforms.
- Administer backup systems; verify backup integrity and recovery readiness.
- Monitor and support datacenter power, UPS, cooling, and environmental systems.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to infrastructure reliability, security, and resilience.
- Perform capacity and lifecycle planning for compute, storage, power, and cooling resources.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) to standardize and automate infrastructure deployment and management.

- Knowledge of IT methods, practices, procedures, and policies

- Experience teaching and mentoring IT interns and associates

Preferred Qualifications- Technical background and knowledge of manufacturing and/or engineering processes
- Ability to meet Motor Vehicle Report Qualification Standards of SEL

Pay Range Data:IT Analyst: $84,200 - $124,500 per year. Lead IT Analyst: $97,700 - $144,400 per year. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills
