Major Responsibilities:
- Builds andmaintainsreports, dashboards, and other self-service solutions that clearly present data to stakeholders; applies development best practices through partnership with senior teammates
- Validates accuracy and integrity of datasets anddatamartsused for analyses and interactive solutions
- Analyzes datasets toidentifytrends and outcomes of healthcare programs and interventions, with oversight from subject matter experts
- Translates business needs into meaningful metrics, reports, and visualization tools
- Adheres to data stewardship guidelines, regulations, and department standards for reporting and handling sensitive data
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- Epic Cogito Fundamentals accreditation or certification, obtained within180 days
- Epic Caboodle Data Model accreditation or certification, obtained within180 days
- Epic Clarity Data Model accreditation or certification, obtained within180 days
Education Required:
- Bachelor27s degree in economics, statistics, data science, finance, business analytics, health informatics, or relatedfield.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires0 to 2 years of experience
