Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior iSeries / AS400 COBOL Developer with 10+ years of strong hands-on development experience in COBOL on AS400 (Mid-Range) environments. The role requires deep technical expertise, ability to guide teams, and hands-on contribution across analysis, development, optimization, and Agile delivery in an onshore/offshore model.

Key Responsibilities:Analysis & Requirements- Analyze and understand functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate with business and capability teams to discuss and refine requirements
- Coordinate with clients for requirement clarification and solution discussions
Development & Technical Leadership- Provide hands-on development using COBOL AS400 / COBOL ILE
- Guide the team while actively contributing to coding and solution design
- Partner with team members to build robust, efficient, and scalable solutions
- Identify and implement opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications
Agile & Delivery- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
- Lead teams in an onshore/offshore delivery model
- Contribute to continuous integration, improvement, and learning initiatives
- Support development of the team's functional and technical technology roadmap
