Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production teams, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining high-quality output. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
****** This is 3rd Shift, Thursday-Sunday (4/10), and Day Shift *********KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers and production staff to meet daily production goals.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other equipment necessary for production tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and coordinating maintenance as needed.
- Train new employees on operational procedures, safety protocols, and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on performance metrics to management.
- Enforce safety policies within the manufacturing facility, promoting a culture of safety awareness among team members.
SKILLS- Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Mechanical knowledge related to factory machinery, hand tools, power tools, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience operating material handling equipment and familiarity with overall manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Effective communication skills to lead teams and coordinate with counterpart supervisors across all shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and process monitoring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.

QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:- Bachelor's Degree in related field or 6 years of manufacturing experience
- 1-3 years of leadership experience

- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
- Six Sigma training or certification
- Requires high level of independent judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills. Must be self-motivated.

- Must be adaptable and flexible to changing work environment and priorities while maintaining productivity/throughput requirements
COMPENSATIONThe annual base salary range for this position is $76,274K - $95,291K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
