Schedule: Monday- Friday 8-5, on occasion may need to flex for night and weekends. Night shift flexing more common, weekend is rare Primary Job Responsibilities: - Leads strategies based on industry and organizational data to implement initiatives improving nursing care delivery.
- Provides leadership in developing programs to support career pathways for team members within the nursing workforce pipeline.
- Collaborates with academic and community organizations to create experiential learning opportunities for students and prospective allied health and nursing employees.
- Conducts periodic assessments and evaluations of innovative nursing programs, implementing changes as necessary.
- Works with leaders and stakeholders to identify, implement, and evaluate processes that drive exceptional clinical outcomes through nursing workforce innovation.
- Participates in organizational leadership programs to oversee clinical quality training and develop measures to improve patient care quality.

- Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care according to patient outcomes
Education: - Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience: - 1+ acute care hospital setting [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications: - Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:$70,682.60 - $131,480.21
