The Investor Solutions Operations Support Specialist is responsible for all day to day operations associated with the department, including new account and user set up, product feature and functionality expertise for client training, funds management oversight for NSCC and overdraft monitoring, and ancillary FDIC Sweep administration and balancing.

How you'll spend your time:
You will utilize your technical acumen to onboard new Commercial client accounts while providing training and user setup
You will utilize your problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and assist in resolving production issues, including ensuring mitigation steps are taken
You will utilize your critical thinking skills to provide recommendations for process improvements and formalize new process as required, while understanding risk & impact to the business

Possess three (3) years of Institutional Banking or Treasury Management experience
