Position Overview

Chartis Federal is seeking an Investment Review Board (IRB) Governance Analyst to support USDA FPAC governance, oversight, and investment management processes. The analyst will coordinate governance activities, maintain investment documentation, and facilitate executive-level decision-making processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support Investment Review Board meetings and governance activities
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and action item tracking
  • Maintain governance documentation, policies, procedures, and repositories
  • Support investment oversight and portfolio governance processes
  • Facilitate stakeholder coordination and executive communications
  • Develop governance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Maintain SharePoint sites and document management systems
  • Assist with governance process improvements and training activities


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal governance, portfolio management, or executive operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
  • Experience supporting executive boards or governance councils preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Experience supporting USDA or other civilian Federal agencies
