Position SummaryTacten is seeking Level 3 Rope Access Technicians to support our client site in Fort McMurray, AB. You will play a crucial role in overseeing complex operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Position Information:- Start Date: October 2026
- 14/14 rotation, 12-hour shifts
- Flights provided from Alberta Hubs
- Camp Accommodations Included
Responsibilities- Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques
- Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of a Level III Rope Access Technician
- Be conversant with relevant work techniques
- Assist other technicians as required
- Perform specific job functions as they relate to work orders
- Ensure operational safety of all equipment
Requirements- IRATA Level 3 Certification
- Journeyman ticketed (Electrician or Insulator)
- First aid certification
- CSO or BSO or CSTS-2020
- ESC or OSSA Confined Space Monitor and Entry
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
- Exceptional safety and quality awareness
- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
