Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented iOS Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality iOS applications for iPhone and iPad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Swift, Apple's development frameworks, and modern iOS architecture. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance applications following Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services into iOS applications.
- Implement modern iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, VIPER, or Clean Architecture.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, battery efficiency, and security.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across different iPhone and iPad devices and iOS versions.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.
- Publish, maintain, and update applications on the Apple App Store.
- Stay current with the latest iOS SDK features, Swift updates, and Apple platform best practices.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in native iOS application development.
- Strong proficiency in Swift.
- Experience with Xcode, iOS SDK, and UIKit or SwiftUI.
- Strong understanding of iOS application lifecycle and application architecture.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON parsing, and third-party SDKs.
- Knowledge of local data storage using Core Data, SQLite, or Realm.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Understanding of mobile application security and secure coding practices.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with SwiftUI and Combine.
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming using async/await and Grand Central Dispatch (GCD).
- Experience with dependency management tools such as Swift Package Manager, CocoaPods, or Carthage.
- Knowledge of Apple frameworks such as Core Location, AVFoundation, Core Animation, Core ML, and MapKit.
- Experience with Firebase services including Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Published applications on the Apple App Store.
