Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Concerted Care Group

Cumberland, MD

What You'll Do

As a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care-building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You'll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative OTP, IOP, OP program.

Clinical Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program.
  • Work in person at our Cumberland, MD location.
  • Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
  • Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
  • Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
  • Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
  • Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Active independent licensure:

LGSW, LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC
  • Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
    EMDR experience is highly preferred
  • Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary Range: The pay for this position is up to $100,000 annually

Incentive Compensation:
This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups and individual sessions.

Total Compensation:
With consistent census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is expected to range from $70,000-$100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on engagement.
