About the role

We are hiring an analytically driven professional to deliver performance attribution insights and ensure compliant, timely revenue recognition across complex investment products. The role partners closely with Finance and Investment Strategy as key collaborators on revenue-related reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong investment analytics expertise with a working knowledge of accounting principles relevant to revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Vehicle Setup & Mandate Alignment

  • Set up investment vehicles in partnership with the CIO teams (CPG and Investment Strategy), aligned with each vehicle's specific mandate - fee, objective, constraints, and limits
  • Translate vehicle mandates into operating parameters and embed them across attribution, reporting, and fee-recognition processes
  • Partner with Product, Legal, and Operations to stand up new vehicles from launch through ongoing administration
  • Maintain documentation of vehicle structures, mandates, and governing limits

Fund-Level Funding & Liquidity

  • Manage fund-level cash, capital calls, distributions, and credit facility draws
  • Forecast funding needs and coordinate liquidity across investment vehicles
  • Monitor compliance with facility covenants and vehicle-level constraints and limits
  • Coordinate with Finance and Operations on settlement, cash reconciliation, and funding controls

Investment & Performance Reporting

  • Produce vehicle-level and client/LP-level investment reporting
  • Deliver specific performance reporting to internal stakeholders, clients, and consultants (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc)
  • Improve data quality, automation, and scalability of reporting processes
  • Reconcile performance, AUM, and capital activity across reporting platforms
  • Performance Attribution & Analytics
  • Produce and analyze performance attribution based on relevant KPIs, aligned with compensation plans and vehicle mandates
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers to explain performance drivers and validate attribution outputs
  • Maintain and enhance attribution models and methodologies
  • Act as a subject matter expert for performance and attribution inquiries


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • 10+ years in insurance or asset management, ideally in performance analytics, fund accounting, or financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of performance attribution methodologies, investment products and asset classes, and revenue recognition standards
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with performance systems
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
