Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small, client-focused teams advising institutional investors on private equity strategy, asset allocation, portfolio construction, pacing, liquidity, and investment selection

  • Drive client retention and business development by deepening relationships, expanding engagements, participating in prospect meetings, and contributing to proposals
  • Mentor junior professionals, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to Aksia's private equity practices, tools, and thought leadership
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across investments, data, legal and compliance, and client operation

  • Demonstrated experience with private equity asset allocation, portfolio construction, pacing, liquidity, and investment selection
  • Ability to lead client engagements and small teams, manage complex workstreams, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

  • Strong cross-functional leadership, project-management skills, judgment, intellectual curiosity, and collaborative approach
  • Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree, CFA designation, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
  • Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings, team collaboration, and industry events
