Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Investment Production Analyst is responsible for supporting business development and retention activities through the maintenance and automation of marketing materials promoting investment management capabilities for US institutional, intermediary, and wealth management existing and prospective clients and consultants.
What will you do?- Serve as a project manager for assigned fund and strategy commentaries, pitchbooks, factsheets, product profiles and other existing marketing collateral, completing to a high-quality standard within guidelines and by deadline.
- Responsible for sourcing data where data is not automated for marketing materials.
- Participate in multiple, simultaneous projects and effectively communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Develop and produce ad hoc custom marketing PowerPoint presentations in cooperation with sales and compliance personnel.
- Work in Seismic to support content maintenance, content management, data automation, and distribution needs.
- Develop understanding of US regulatory rules in industry to support creation and maintenance of materials.
- Support process improvement projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
What do you need to succeed?Must-have- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in financial services marketing or operations
- Proficiency in working with technology and AI to improve processes and productivity
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail within a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Nice-to-have- Asset management firm experience
- Graphic design experience

The expected salary range for this particular position is $60,000-$104,500, (Boston), $55,000-$95,000, (Minneapolis), depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
