Full Job Description
The Investment Operations Specialist will be responsible for all operational aspects of employee savings plan asset management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage trust and custody activities with external, savings plan record keepers
  • Prepare performance reporting
  • Partner with Stellantis HR Retirement & Savings team
  • Present to the Pension Investment Committee for the US and Canadian savings plans
  • Ensure compliance with all internal governance
  • Prepare materials for external compliance including external financial statement reporting requirements related to employee savings plan assets
  • Serve as the point of contact for external/internal audit of plan reporting
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory authorities and applicable regulations
  • May support investment operations of the US and Canadian pension plans depending on overall needs of the team


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of finance/treasury/accounting experience
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to independently manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to utilize AI and other Microsoft tools to drive process improvements and gain efficiency
  • Personal interest and passion for staying in-the-know with 401k/savings plan market developments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • CPA/CA designation
  • General understanding of capital markets, pension trusts, and relevant accounting standards
  • Candidate's openness to rotate through other positions within the broader Treasury department
