Full Job Description
ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of the Capital Call Financing Analyst include:Support the origination and execution of Capital Call financing facilitiesPrepare client presentations and other marketing materialUtilize internal underwriting guidelines and transaction deal terms to produce internal credit applicationsConduct client due diligence of existing and prospective transaction opportunitiesSupport senior team members in the origination, structuring and execution of Capital Call financing facilities including working with internal and external legal counsel on transaction documentation and coordinating the execution process with internal constituentsManage internal databases and work on ad hoc projectsWork with the Capital Call Portfolio Manager to ensure efficient and timely management of annual credit reviews, monitoring of credit performance of existing transactions, relevant industry trends, etc. Profile requiredBA or BS degree required; concentration in Economics, Finance, Business, Math, or Computer Science is preferred but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office application, with high technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate with team members and work across the firm to ensure product is delivered to client. COMPENSATION:Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
