Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience, particularly in investment-related roles.
• Demonstrated passion for investing and global markets.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for investment evaluations and industry conferences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Outstanding analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Resourceful and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Research global investment themes and conduct due diligence on external managers.
• Perform quantitative analysis to assess current and prospective managers.
• Engage in diligence meetings and travel onsite as needed for assessments.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior staff.
• Contribute to internal investment committee meetings with independent insights.
• Source, evaluate, and track new investment opportunities.
• Monitor existing portfolio holdings against performance expectations.
