Manages intake, evaluation, and governance of transformation and discretionary funding requests, and provides integrated analysis, reporting, and decision support across the Risk & Regulatory, Operate, Core Technology, and Discretionary portfolios.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
3. Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, technology, or related field.
2. Experience managing run-the-bank (Operate) and discretionary/transformation portfolios, including intake, prioritization, and funding governance.
3. Familiarity with integrated portfolio analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI portfolio metrics, investment and demand governance forums).
