Inventory Supervisor
In this role, you will lead a team and ensure that physical cycle counts are performed, accurate inventory levels are maintained, account for all defective or damaged products, and provide appropriate correction action.
How you create impact- Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members.
- Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included.
- Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse inventory efficiency, and meet or exceed KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
- Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Verify inventory paperwork and accurately complete all necessary records and reports.
- Ensure daily cycle counts are completed and help organize the annual audit.
- Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory.
- Implement continuous improvement action plans and implementing loss prevention programs.
- Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed.
- Responsible for associate counseling, coaching and administration of correction action as required.
- Maintain associate adherence to all KN policies.
- Complete new hire's Introductory Period Assessments (IPA) on a timely basis.
What we would like you to bring- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of recent experience in a full-time inventory role
- 2 or more years in a supervisory role in a warehouse environment
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Successful communication - written and verbal
- Experience with personal computers and materials handling equipment
- Ability to work standing and walking in a hot/cold warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.

80K and 83K. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.
