Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily storeroom and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper material flow, and safe handling practices.
  • Implement and maintain systems for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and documenting materials, ensuring ERP transaction accuracy.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, production, procurement, and logistics teams to forecast needs and manage purchase orders.
  • Lead, train, and support storeroom staff while promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify slow?moving or obsolete items, and recommend adjustments for inventory discipline.
  • Execute inventory controls such as cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Organize materials by managing storage and warehouse layout to optimize space and accessibility.

Line of Business: Service & Support

Pay Range: $95,540.00 – $127,379.99

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily storeroom and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper material flow, and safe handling practices.

  • Implement and maintain effective systems and processes for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and documenting materials, including ERP (SAP) transaction accuracy and reporting.

  • Coordinate closely with maintenance, production, procurement, and logistics teams to forecast needs, manage purchase orders, support operational requirements, and assist with cross‑border shipments.

  • Lead, train, and support storeroom staff while fostering a safe, compliant, and productive work environment aligned with PPE, quality, environmental, and audit standards.

  • Maintain strong inventory discipline by monitoring stock levels, identifying slow‑moving, obsolete, or critical items, and recommending appropriate adjustments.

  • Execute and oversee inventory controls such as cycle counts, physical inventories, variance investigations, and continuous improvement of stock accuracy.

  • Organize materials efficiently by managing storage, labeling, equipment use, and warehouse layout to optimize space and accessibility.
