We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & RMA manager to manage the end-to-end return merchandise authorization process. This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of product returns, repairs, and replacements while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.

This position is on-site at our Teaneck, NJ office and is an IC role.

A day in the life and how you'll make an impact:

  • Responsible for planning the materials required for our service teams, installation teams, spares holding etc.
  • Creating process for customer returns, managing the returns through the return and refurbish cycle with either the CM or internal engineering.
  • Managing all CRG inventory for dispositions - creating the process for that.
  • Providing quality metrics and cost analysis on failure modes to feed back to reliability engineering.
  • Managing the customer through the RMA process.
  • Engaging with Customer Success to ensure we're meeting SLA's on replacements etc.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in RMA management, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, economics, logistics, or similar preferred.
  • Strong understanding of warranty and return processes
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP system
  • Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting, and in a periodic inventory environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing the quantity and financial forecasts and following inventory level and improvement plans
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration and self-management abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Compensation:

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.
