Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in supporting materials management and inventory optimization efforts across the business. This position partners with stakeholders to ensure efficient flow, control, and performance of inventory while contributing to best-in-class supply chain operations.
Position can be based in Bartlesville, OK or Houston, TX.What You'll Do- Support and execute materials management activities.
- Coordinate and contribute to inventory optimization initiatives and materials management improvements across business units and sites.
- Ensure accurate record keeping, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Assist with supplier evaluation initiatives and support the development of strong supplier relationships.
- Provide technical guidance, analysis, and reporting to support materials management decisions and procurement strategies.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align inventory and procurement strategies with business goals.
- Leverage data analysis tools and systems to generate insights and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in change management initiatives and contribute to enhancing materials management capabilities across the organization.
What You'll Bring - Required- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 or more years of inventory or materials management experience in oil & gas or related industry
What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred- 5 or more years of inventory management experience in the oil & gas industry
- Experience with SAP, MDG, Business Objects, Verusen, or similar systems
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Strong understanding of materials management tools, concepts, and methodologies

- Experience with inventory optimization techniques and tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills

Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $82,800- $101,200.
