Full Job Description
Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated D365 Order Facilitator to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced shipping environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and a proven ability to identify and resolve order fulfillment issues, maintain inventory flow, and drive operational improvements.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) experience preferably with Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
  • Identify and resolve domestic and international order processing and fulfillment issues.
  • Monitor daily shipping activities and proactively address incomplete, delayed, or blocked orders.

  • Replenish inventory in shipping and picking locations to support operational throughput.

  • Monitor and adjust replenishment parameters and inventory levels as needed.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for D365 warehouse and fulfillment processes.

  • All other duties and tasks as assigned.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $108,000

 

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting.  This role may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Qualifications
  • 4 year college degree.
  • Have at least 4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience.
  • Experience working in a high-volume shipping and distribution warehouse.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across warehouse operations teams.

  • Experience with inventory management and warehouse process improvement initiatives preferred.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Have computer knowledge, including a proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP system experience, Microsoft D365 preferred.
  • Have experience leading a diverse warehouse staff with experience in training, motivating, and resolving employee relation's issues.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be willing to listen, respond and empower teammates.
  • Have the ability to collaboratively work across the Company, effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and teammates.
  • Have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
