Play a key role of inventory safety and accuracy, create and improve fulfilment processes, operations and compliance controls, maintain data integrity, reporting and analysis for product coming in and out of our North American distribution center(s).

Reporting to Manager of Distribution Operations, this position provides regional guidance, training and direction for inventory control, inventory process management, inventory audits, cycle counts and reporting metrics. Collaborate with function stakeholders to identify and initiate optimization of inventory capabilities and develop best inventory management practices.

core responsibilities
  • Build up, implement and monitor inventory management process to ensure inventory handling is in compliance with company policy
  • Plan and supervise cycle count in our 3PL managed DCs and return centers, train, educate and best practice sharing among these DCs
  • Work closely with finance for yearly stock take, analyze on inventory accuracy and reconciliation if necessary
  • Drive safety, accuracy and ePiciency of inventory movement among DCs and channels by obtaining LEAN concept alongside the chain
  • Create and maintain dashboard to enhance data visibility
  • Collaborate with internal counterparts for analysis of inventory accuracy, shrink, aging and stock transfers
  • Implement inventory tools and system for tracking, analysis, auditing and reporting
  • Coordinate and proactively communicate for sustainable handling of aging inventory
  • Monitor and report adherence to established KPIs and external SOX controls
qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of inventory control role in a fast paced, high-volume operation with a focus on seasonal activity in a direct-to-consumer environment, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry
  • Solid operating knowledge of North American distribution management, with proven experience in inventory control
  • Attention to details and sensitive with numbers
  • Team player who can successfully collaborate up and down the organization
  • Results oriented with a focus on execution to meet business requirements
  • Excellent PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and reporting tolls (Power BI)
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$87,700 - $115,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
