We are looking for an
Inventory Analyst to help optimize inventory across multiple warehouse locations, support large-order planning, and drive smarter inventory decisions throughout the business.
What You'll Do:
✓ Monitor inventory levels across all SKUs, warehouses, styles, and colors
✓ Identify shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving products
✓ Coordinate inventory transfers between satellite locations to maintain balance
✓ Analyze large customer orders against available and incoming inventory
✓ Partner with Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to prevent stock disruptions
✓ Recommend solutions when inventory constraints impact customer demand
What We're Looking For:
✓ Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
✓ Strong Excel skills, including formulas, analysis, and reporting
✓ Ability to turn inventory data into actionable recommendations
✓ Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
✓ Comfortable managing priorities across multiple locations and product lines
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience in cabinetry, manufacturing, distribution, or another high-SKU environment
• Knowledge of inventory planning, allocation, and warehouse operations
