MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Interoperability Support Coordinator to join our team in Doral, FL. This position is on-site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • J63/J65 Technical Liaison: Act as the daily point of contact for J63 and J65 stakeholders, ensuring the Contractor C2 Task Lead is informed of evolving network constraints or strategic shifts in architecture.
  • GCCS Integration Support: Coordinate the technical "handshake" between contractor-developed C2 tools and GCCS nodes, ensuring data integrity, track synchronization, and COP (Common Operational Picture) consistency.
  • Operational Synchronization: Work with J63 to navigate RMF (Risk Management Framework) and Port/Protocol/Service (PPS) requirements to ensure the C2 platform remains functional on the live network.
  • Strategic Alignment: Monitor J65 roadmap developments to ensure contractor C2 technical sprints remain compliant with Joint Staff interoperability standards and JADC2 data fabric goals.
  • Requirement Translation: Translate complex J6 operational feedback into technical action items for the contractor development team, while supporting all Task Lead requirements.
  • Exercise & Test Coordination: Facilitate contractor participation in J6-led events, operational checks, and Joint exercises, ensuring all C2 interoperability objectives are met and documented.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in Department of War C5IM or civilian equivalent environments.
  • Functional expertise with GCCS-J and/or service-specific GCCS variants (GCCS-M/A/AF).
  • Joint Environment Fluency. Deep understanding of the functional split between J63 (Current Ops/Cyber) and J65 (Strategy/Plans) planning horizons.
  • Exceptional ability to translate J6 technical language into tasks for a contractor C2 engineering team.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.


Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
