Crafted Highlights:
The International Tax Manager is a central role on the Molson Coors' U.S. international tax team based in Milwaukee. The International Tax Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day compliance and financial reporting (ASC 740) efforts related to the U.S. tax implications of our growing international business. Reporting to the International Tax Director, the International Tax Manager will also provide support to the Director on implementing effective global tax strategies, transfer pricing matters, and developing corporate tax policy, advocacy and advisory positions.

What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Lead the calculation of critical U.S. international tax components, including dual consolidated losses, cash repatriation, and FX impacts.
  • Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions and accounting for uncertainty related to our non-U.S. operations and ensure compliance with our internal accounting controls.
  • Support the International Tax Director in developing and implementing U.S. international tax planning strategies, policies and procedures as well as supporting the same from a local country tax perspective.
  • Support the International Tax Director in the management of the domestic and foreign tax audits, the Company's acquisition and disposition activity, and impact analysis of certain legislative developments.
  • Advise and closely collaborate with other corporate functions, including Treasury, Finance, Accounting and Legal on matters such as tax forecasting, restructurings, cash deployment, foreign currency matters and the capitalization of non-U.S. subsidiaries.


Key Ingredients:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Tax or related field, or 4 years of experience.
  • At least 5 years of U.S. tax compliance and financial reporting experience with a large public accounting firm or multinational corporation and at least 3 years focused on U.S. international taxation
  • Demonstrated experience in U.S. international outbound issues, e.g., GILTI, BEAT, foreign tax credits, Subpart F and repatriation planning
  • Demonstrated experience in U.S. international tax compliance, tax legislation analysis, and international aspects of tax provision
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and work closely alongside Tax and non-Tax colleagues

Preferred Experience
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with ERP systems, e.g., SAP, and Corptax software
  • Familiarity with tax laws and tax administration of non-U.S. jurisdictions
  • Prior experience with Excel-based modeling to assess proposed tax strategies and proposed or newly-enacted tax legislation
  • Prior experience with managing fiscal authority tax audits, including performing related diligence and drafting responses to information requests on U.S. international tax matters
  • Mix of public accounting and U.S. outbound industry experience

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00$143,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
