Full Job Description
The International Account Executive reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing at Indra Air Traffic. This role supports all aspects of the Company's international business development and marketing efforts and also reports and interacts regularly into the parent company (Indra Sistemas) and other sister companies and business units involved in the sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops international sales and marketing strategies that align and support the Company's annual order intake and other financial objectives, including sales profitability.
  • Engages actively in identifying upcoming opportunities in their area of responsibility and tracks them from pre-sales to RFI, RFP, and proposal as well as supporting related departments in the submission and closure of such opportunities.
  • Responsible for Salesforce reporting activities and provides input for pipeline growth, as well as weekly meetings with the VP of Sales and Marketing and bi-weekly meetings with the Sales and Marketing Team.
  • Participates in the positioning and development of Company goals within appropriate customer base and associations which includes but not limited to Aeronautical Service Providers (ANSPs), Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA), Integrators, foreign governments and militaries, and others to be identified.
  • Identifies customer base initiatives, plans within air traffic management, and roadmaps to assist the company in new product developments and strategic initiatives required to achieve the Company's diversification, growth and profitability objectives.
  • Evaluates and provides recommendations on international customer sales representatives (CSR) when necessary to support goals.
  • Assists in the development of strategic partnerships with key integrators for installations, technical reviews, and after-sales support.
  • Analyzes international market trends, customer requirements, competitor products and pricing.
  • Attend regional and global conferences as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or aviation, aeronautical related degree or background.
  • 5+ years' experience in a related air traffic management, defense or aviation industry or equivalent experience.


Preferred Skillsets:
  • Experience working in an air traffic management, surveillance, communications and/or navigation environment
  • Experience developing, negotiating, and finalizing tactical and/or strategic agreements with external organizations.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Travel:

Approximately 30- 50% travel required primarily to foreign countries and some domestic depending upon area of responsibility, including annual sales meeting in Spain (generally one week per month, could be up to 2 occasionally)
