In this role, you will play a critical part in building the talent pipeline that supports our business. You will work closely with leaders across the organization, helping shape hiring plans, attract strong candidates, and guide the recruiting process from first conversation through offer acceptance.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source and engage qualified candidates across job boards and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth candidate experience throughout.
- Track recruiting activity and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in corporate internal recruiting or high-volume recruiting in a growth company.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach tools.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, including frontline managers and department heads, to align on candidate profiles.
- Proven ability to drive intake, calibration, interview coordination, and offer coordination end to end.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting scheduling tools, and recruiting reporting dashboards.
- Experience using AI platforms to support recruiting workflows.

Salary: The salary range for this position is 125,000-150,000 USD annually, plus bonus opportunities linked to personal and company performance.
