Full Job Description
Role purpose

The President leads the organization, especially administration and production functions and supports the Sales & Marketing functions, that operate under direct CA guidance. The President is responsible of securing that the organization fulfills all legal & governmental legislation as well Nammo guidelines eg. HESS.

Role overview

Lead the site organization with the management team, securing healthy & safe work environment.

Secures the targeted revenue and profit (margin set by CA), securing product availability both in quality and amount.

Is responsible of budgeting and investment proposals & implementation, setting company BSC and tactical plan according to the yearly clock, reporting to EVP CA, including possible risks in any topic.

Key responsibilities
• Lead, coordinate, oversight and assess performance evaluation of site leadership team and their respective functional areas. Communicate & give relevant information for site personnel.
• Maintain a positive, productive, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Prepare financial budgets and monitor the results, act when necessary.
• Achieve KPI`s set for the company e.g. in BSC. Implementing the Nammo and CA strategies as well as setting a tactical plan for site operations.
• Utilize financial data to guide decision making and improvement of profitability.
• Make sure that the company is identifying, attracting, developing and retaining talents and all people have possibility to develop.
• Support new business opportunities through execution of bid and proposal activity as well as internal research & development projects, while being compliant with laws & legislation and Nammo guidelines.
• Build & maintain relationships with appropriate industry contacts, government agencies and related industrial organizations.
• Communicate with shared service leadership to coordinate and monitor the requirements, utilization, and effectiveness of Nammo US shared services when necessary.

Level of decision making and governance

To follow Nammo and CA authorization instructions, where business and investments typically require confirmation. President has full responsibility of HESS matters and organizing site operations.

Qualifications
