In this role, you will providecomprehensive, continuous care to adult patients, with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and holistic health education.

• Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized treatment and preventive care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Participate in community health initiatives

• Routine treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Annual wellness visits and physical exams
• Management of diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and weight
• Age-appropriate vaccines and immunizations
• Well-woman exams, including birth control counseling

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
