What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a highly regarded practice, supported by the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established practice with an existing patient panel
- Call structure: 24/7 with the possibility of sharing with another physician, minimal call volume
- Practice setting:Outpatient
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Deliver Personalized, High-Touch Care: Utilize extended appointment times (30 to 60 minutes) to conduct thorough wellness exams and acute care visits
- Champion a Proactive Wellness Model: Lead a membership-based clinical approach that shifts the focus from reactive "sick care" to proactive health management, helping patients optimize their well-being through personalized, comprehensive care plans
- Maintain a Manageable, High-Quality Practice: Manage a small, sustainable patient panel (cap of 300-600 total), allowing you to provide exceptional continuity of care while enjoying a balanced lifestyle that honors your time and professional boundaries

About the Practice- Enjoy a standard Monday-Friday work week (8:00am-4:00PM)

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
