Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager of Communications leads integrated communications strategy and execution across internal communications, investor-support, employer brand, company website and social media. This role develops enterprise-level storytelling and communications materials in partnership with leadership, and translates business priorities into clear communications plans, campaigns, content, and stakeholder-ready deliverables. The role collaborates closely with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging related to product and customer-facing channels. Additionally, this role manages team priorities, timelines, budgets, and execution quality.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategy for internal communications topics including employer branding, corporate branding, Town Halls, branded programs, company website and social media channels.
  • Supports stakeholders on internal communications projects including concept planning, design development, project execution and follow-up
  • Serve as the communications advisor to executive leadership, developing executive messaging, presentations, speeches, videos, and leadership communications.
  • Develop enterprise messaging frameworks, corporate storytelling, and content standards to create a standard global communications framework.
  • Lead communications for employer and corporate branding launches from planning through delivery in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Investor Relations and senior leadership to support earnings communications, strategic announcements, stakeholder messaging, and other high-visibility communications needs.
  • Build and scale digital communications, content, social media, and demand generation approaches that support awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
  • Act as a central connector across product, engineering, HR, sales, commercial, regional, and external partners to ensure communications are accurate, consistent, timely, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Manage team priorities, vendor relationships, agency deliverables, project timelines, budgets, campaign performance, and content quality to ensure effective execution and measurable impact.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor communications, customer needs, digital performance, and stakeholder feedback to recommend improvements to messaging, campaigns, content, and channel strategy.
  • Measure communication effectiveness through employee feedback, engagement metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, or related field.
  • Progressive experience in B2B marketing, corporate communications, product marketing, brand management, digital marketing, media relations, or external communications, preferably in automotive, mobility, industrial technology, electronics, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated communications practices, including executive communications support, enterprise messaging, brand management, product launch communications, digital channels, PR, internal communications, and stakeholder messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy, technical information, and leadership priorities into compelling narratives, campaigns, sales enablement materials, and audience-specific communications.
  • Experience managing complex communications projects, senior stakeholder input, agency and vendor deliverables, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional execution in a global or matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling, executive-ready writing, presentation development, editing, media-support materials, project updates, and brand-aligned messaging.


NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience supporting global marketing communications in a public company or highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience supporting product launches, trade shows, investor-facing communications, media relations, executive communications, or enterprise reputation activities.
  • Familiarity with commercial vehicle, off-highway, automotive electronics, safety systems, vision systems, telematics, or connected vehicle technologies.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics, website content management, social media management, CRM-enabled campaign support, or marketing automation tools.
  • Experience coordinating agencies, vendors, matrixed stakeholders, or cross-functional communications project teams.
