This role will support the development and execution of integrated communication campaigns that drive measurable awareness, engagement, and behavior change across key stakeholders in support of business priorities, goals and initiatives.
For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:- Own
- Research to support strategy and content development
- Social media plan execution (internal and external)
- Execution of campaign plans via multiple, integrated communication channels
- Manage planning, tracking, and reporting for all communication channels
- Proactive management of speaking engagements and events
- Policy reviews (e.g., social media, external speaking engagements)
- Deliver
- Documented Communication standards, processes and tools
- Campaign and event calendars, timelines
- Current key messaging and story archive
- Briefs, direction, and posts for social content
- Performance readouts and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key partners within Communications, Marketing, Social, and businesses
- Ensure alignment to Marketing and Social calendars
- Partner with Content team to shape campaign storytelling and asset needs
- Partner with Channel teams to plan distribution and optimize performance

Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of professional communications experience supporting internal, external, corporate, or integrated communications initiatives
- 3+ years of professional writing and content-development experience, including creating articles, announcements, key messages, social media content, presentations, or other communications materials for varied audiences
- Experience executing communications strategies, campaigns, or plans across multiple channels
- Experience conducting research and gathering information to support communications strategy, messaging, and content development
- Demonstrated ability to organize work, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple communications activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Demonstrated relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to gather information and coordinate work across multiple partners
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working within an agency, corporate communications, or similarly fast-paced communications environment
- Health care industry experience

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
