IntermediateProject Manager who's energized by shaping resilient, people-centered communities. This role reports to the Manager, Land Development & Municipal Engineering and is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. We welcome applicants from anywhere in Canada and offer
relocation assistance to beautiful Kelowna, BC.
Your Impact- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway systems, and school, institutional and park projects.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, technical reports, design briefs, and client presentations that support business development and project wins.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate engineering, construction, and financial deliverables from concept to completion.
- Act as a primary liaison with municipal clients, stakeholders, approval authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Guide the expansion of municipal engineering services in the region by identifying, pursuing, and executing major project opportunities.
- Mentor, empower, and support junior and intermediate professionals as they grow in their careers.
- Support a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across our project teams.
The Skills That Set You Apart- A degree in Civil Engineering and registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or eligibility for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC).
- 3+ years of experience in municipal engineering design and project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex infrastructure projects.
- Proven client relationship skills with a track record of successful client engagement and service delivery.
- Technical expertise in water distribution, wastewater collection, stormwater management, and municipal roadway design.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to develop clear, accurate, and compelling reports and submissions.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound engineering judgment, and support the development of emerging professionals.
CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
