We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative new team member to join our campus adventures! If you like to travel and meet new faces, this is a great role for you! Ability to work remotely up to 3 days a week from home, but this role will be based in an amazing Boston, MA location two days per week.We are looking for college recruiter with at least 2 years experience who can:• Attract and identify candidates to meet the firm's entry technical hiring needs• Partner with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates to meet immediate and future hiring needs by clearly defining job responsibilities and requirements. • Communicate with candidates and leads for open positions and programs, reviews resumes and appropriately prescreens candidates; prepares applicants for interviewing; ensures timely feedback to applicants throughout the process; extends offers of employment under direction of hiring managers and within the guidelines of the firm's policies and procedures. • Develop and maintains existing and new recruiting relationships with supported groups or colleges for entry-level hiring. • Conduct proactive research and applies innovative strategies to support full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing through acceptance. • Participate in assisting with college recruitment programs we execute as a team• Maintain Campus relations with assigned schools and develops plans to improve recruiting events including the firm's name recognition and resources, when required. • Develop continuous applicant flow and maintains a pipeline of active, passive, and diverse candidates by applying technology, conducting research and internet searches, networking, employing direct sourcing and outreach to meet the needs for positions across the firm. • Ensures and maintain accurate records prepares tracking reports concerning recruitment process and provides reports to hiring managers on candidate activity and job status, by using the full functionality of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).This role will have travel in the fall and spring semesters but is not extremely heavy. Skills & Abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and technology for sourcing candidates is essential. Great communication skills and the ability to work with all types of people. Ability to work with detail, manage multiple priorities, and work with deadlines. Ability to work as an individual contributor and team player.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 2 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

USD $74,734.00
Pay Range Max

USD $123,282.00
Additional Pay Range Information

CDM Smith is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This pay range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels for the geographic location assigned to the position. In addition to geographic location, a candidate's salary is determined by several other factors including, but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, relevant work experience, skills, required certifications, and education/training.
Additional Compensation

All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
